IvoBase Injector

The IvoBase Injector enables a fully automated, controlled injection and polymerization process with special plastics that are tailored to the system. The chemical shrinkage of the plastic is fully compensated during polymerization – thanks to the patented temperature control in the flask and the heating device. This enables the production of very precisely fitting and accurate prosthetic bases. The injector was specially developed for the IvoBase material and produces excellent restorations.

The IvoBase Injector can also be used for the proven SR Ivocap material.

IvoBase Advantages

Intraoral mouth scanner

Instead of taking impressions, an intra-oral mouth scanner is used. This is normally done by making impressions, but for some time now we have been using an intra-oral scanner to make a digital impression for crowns and bridges. This technique allows the teeth to be accurately measured in a very short time. The digital scanning technique comes from the United States and hundreds of thousands of restorations have now been carried out with it. The scanner ensures that a digital impression is made of all teeth and molars in a simple and fast way. The calculations of the mouth contents are very accurate due to the high-quality computer technology. 3Shape TRIOS 2017 EN
